We are looking for a Hardware Engineer to work on projects and products in several areas such as Space, IOT and Test Systems, among other innovation products development.
Location: Maia, Porto, Portugal
Main Accountabilities:
- Design, prototype and verification activities for electronics hardware.
- Develop and maintain hardware for embedded platforms.
- PCB CAD specification.
- Test and debug embedded hardware applications.
- Develop hardware and software specifications.
- Create and manage documentation.
- Participate in design reviews.
- Provide technical assistance to clients and product development team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics) discipline.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a professional setting.
- CAD (Altium), electronics simulation experience.
- Good knowledge of version control systems.
- Excellent knowledge of analogue and digital electronics.
- Good knowledge of English, both written and spoken.
Desirable experience in:
- Electronics hardware analysis (WCA, PSA, FMEA).
- Space development process (ESA standards ECSS).
